FS#1168 - Add Button for 'Paste Along Entity'.

Paste Along Entity, now that we have this great tool it would be good to have a button for it also, to sit alongside the existing paste button.

You can enable the tool button for this tool in Edit > Application Preferences > Tool Settings
It will be shown in the modify tool bar though.

It shows up in the Edit tool bar just fine.
