Break out segment / Auto trim again arc is not a sharp cut to the arc (to long or to short),
Break out manual can’t snap to a line/arc intersection,

I'm not anymore sure if this is a bug or just a question of my personal display arc settings ...
I changed the "Application Preference" settings for "Appearance" / "Minimum angle step for rendering arcs (degrees)" from the default 0,2 to 0 and now it looks good. Before I did that I was only able to snap to the end of the line (which was to short or to long displayed). I assume it was mathematically correct but if I see where I can snap the line I get the feeling it isn't correct ...
What do you think?
Yes, looks like a display accuracy problem.
It probably looked like that, but display preferences have no influence on the actual geometry of entities or snapping.
