FS#1411 - library.js missing for OSX 64 bit build maybe App-Quarantine-related
The file library.js is somehow missing for the 64 build for OSX. Thus QCAD is not starting.
When starting QCAD directly from the terminal the following error message is produced:

Acutally I’m getting a lot of messages like
```

```
when starting it for the first time. This does not happen with the 32 bit version.

I can confirm that the trial DMG package for OS X 64bit is broken (missing several files). The download link has been changed to refer to version 3.13.1 instead for the time being.
