Hi, I have just tried updating from 3.16.2 (working) to the latest version 3.16.7 on MacOS Lion 64bit, and the new version crashes immediately on launch.

Thanks for letting us know.
I can confirm that QCAD 3.16.7 64bit appears to be no longer supporting macOS version 10.7-10.8.
I will update the supported platforms section and file names accordingly.
Note that the 32bit package should still work on older macOS versions (>= 10.6).
