FS#1646 - 3.18 has a HATCH issue
If you pres the “hatch icon” then the word “hatch” appears in the command window, but. . . nothing happens.
But if you type “hatch” followed by “enter” then finally the Hatch Window pops up.

Please re-open if a new installation
does not solve the problem.
I cannot reproduce this here. Please wipe your installation and re install again into a new, empty directory. There might be a mixed installation of an older (⇐3.15.x) and a newer version on top of each other. This can happen if the older version was installed from ZIP or EXE and the newer from an MSI.
