FS#1733 - Open DXF just written by qcad crashes qcad
I am a new qcad pro user and created a simple drawing and saved as DXF R27 and closed the app. I reopen the app and open that DFX and the app crashes. However, I can import it. I suspect (without any evidence) that the text in the dimension of the drawing is the problem. Perhaps this issue is like #1261

It appears that saving a DXF in R27 or higher (and perhaps any R) crashes the app on open. Even if there is nothing in the drawing.
Corrections:
1) Cannot open any DXF, SVG, or DWG file
2) OS X Sierra 10.12.6 (not Yosemite)
3) Move this to Critical since I cannot use the app at all

This appears fixed with the 3.19.2.9 snap release that was emailed to me. So close issue if appropriate at your end. thanks!
