FS#1744 - QCAD crashes when opening .dgn files
Have tried several samples from the web and the result is the same.

Not reproducible here.
I tested this provided example .dgn with Win10/64
QCAD Pro 3.20.0 - QCAD crashes:
Message: QCAD has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
QCAD Pro 3.20.1 - QCAD crashes too.
3.20.1.3 (Snapshot release!) has NO problems to load that drawing.
