Find way to support custom line weights for SVG export. See also forum thread: http://www.ribbonsoft.com/rsforum/viewtopic.php?t=1594

If it helps any, my old Ponoko flow is captured here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1451

Their latest design rules can be found here: http://www.ponoko.com/starter-kits/design-rules-2d

...and by "helps", all I mean is to show where the substitutions are made. Since you're generating the SVG from in-memory objects, I'm definitely not expecting the implementation to be sed-based. :-)

I would say, if I may, that this was a fine case for custom "extended entity data" as referenced in  FS#117  : very general, maintainable, etc.

In the model, one would tag CAD lines with an attribute "SVG-Stroke-Width: 0.01mm" and made the SVG exporters aware of that attribute.
