Autosnap does not recognize the center of a circle as a reference point.

This also true for an arc. One cannot autosnap a line to the center of an arc.

Using 3.1.2 on Windows XP.
You can snap to the center of arcs that cross any 90 degree border; for arcs that do not cross a 90 degree border one can only snap to the end points.

I believe this one can be closed with  FS#800
