FS#407 - Text position relative to entity moves when both are scaled
If text is selected together with an entity or entities, and then scaled, the position of the text relative to the entity is not maintained. The text size does scale correctly.
This means that the (scaled) text has to be moved to the same relative position as before scaling. This does not happen with a couple of other 2D programs I have checked.

Please update to QCAD 3 RC2 which fixes this problem.
