Additional comments about closing:  Should be fixed by reverting back to Qt 4.7.

The graphics view is known to be broken under Windows with QCAD 3.0.5 (snapshot) due to a bug in the new Qt 4.8. A rollback to Qt 4.7 will fix the problem and seem the most likely choice for Windows at this point.
