I've already checked the download link that you offered and the FTP request takes forever and never completes. That link works for me, so your problem is not the link itself. No fonts

Hi,

I've just installed QCAD on the latest version of Ubuntu as a standard package and I cannot see any fonts when trying to use the text tool.
