Can items from the library be hatched?

it seems that items from the library only have contour， missing some point info and cannot be hatched. Is there anyway to have them hatched?

Use block explode first.

1. get a part. insert.
2. Block Explode. xp.
3. Hatch what ever you want.
4. Optional: Do block again. Create Block bc.
