... Edit more than one text element at a time

I can select multiple text elements, but how do I change the properties of all the text elements at once? So far I'm only able to select the "Edit Text" tool and click on each text element one at a time to change things like size. Which of course makes "Select All" seem useless.

This is probably just some mouse button, click, drag thing.

It seems like there should be a way to set element properties at the layer level, is this possible?

This is only possible with the Property Editor that was introduced in QCad 2.1.2.8. This widget is proprietary (from Trolltech) and therefore cannot be used in the community edition.

Note that "Select All" makes sense in many other cases, for example if you want to move all, rotate all, delete all, ...

On the layer level you can only set color, line width and line style.
