Problem with reading DXF after convert from DWG

Hello!,
I have PC with Ubuntu 8.04 and QCAD.
I need to read old files from Autocad, so I convert from DWG to DXF and the file created is good. I've check it on Brickscad and Autocad.
In QCAD frame of drawing is not exist and all texts are in wrong places.
I don't know what can I do. Maybe I need some fonts or files to QCAD?
Please help me.
