Modifying QCAD and creating its exe file or installer

I am very new to QCAD, so can anyone tell me if it is possible to create the exe file or installer file after modifying QCAD?
Is there anyone?
Can the community source version of qcad editted in linux and can this editted QCAD be worked in Windows?
Please help me...
