Forum Avatar and Signature news!!!

The forum Avatar option has been fixed, so if you have recently tried to upload an avatar without success...please now try again, it should work now 
In addititon I have now enabled the use of forum signatures, but please note that any misuse (advertising/spam) of this feature and I will react promptly to it
