Is the license transferable for a single user ?

I intend to buy a license for QCad Professional, but I often use 2 different laptops, one at home, the other at work.
Can I buy one license an then use it to either activate one or the other installation in each laptop ?

Yes, no problem. Licenses are per user for any number of computers and operating systems.
