QCAD for an architect

Hello, I am considering purchasing Qcad, but not if it meets my needs.

I wish I could download Architectural drawings made Qcad. This way I can know how it is used.

I can not find the tools that are:

- Accumulated dim: to draw a drawing of rethinking of concrete, for example.

- Layout of a plane with drawings at different scales: in municipal plans, construction details, for example.

Finally, I had trouble opening documents by DWG "EveryDWG" (with Wine): Create hundreds of blocks (for each dim) and runs very slow to open or not open.

I do not need 100% compatibility with AutoCAD, but if I need to open and edit drawings.

Thank you. I wish I could help improve Qcad is very important for me to use a free (not like beer) cad on GNU/Linux. I think that QCad is the best option.
