Block insertion

When inserting a block or when a block is selected, the + and - keys rotate it a preset amount that is set in drawing preferences.

The + and - keys are used for zoom. The Circuit board design software I use uses the spacebar to rotate the object you are inserting by 90 degrees. This works really well because the spacebar is easy to hit. It may interfere with the Qcad command line though. It is definately a feature that would be nice to have available on one of the keys...
