Drawing preference paper size units

I just noticed that in the global preference, paper size selection is always shown as mm. However, the actual paper size is the global unit. For example, if global unit is inches, and cultom paper size is 2h x 3w, then the print preview shows a print area 2" h x 3" w. However, the preference shows the unit as mm.
