QCAD crashes when trying to open the Manual!!

Unfortunately, this is a known but not reproducible problem which seems to occur one some Windows installations.
Please use one of the
online manuals or view the manual with a regular browser (open file <QCAD Installation>/doc/index.html) until the problem is fixed.

Hi,
I solved the problem aftera collegue installed QCAD. Somehow only the folders qm and library were unpacked in the program directory (i don't know the details, since our admin did the installation)
After I copied the other folders, it worked
