How to repeat the last command used rapidely ?

Hello,
It will be very kind to be able to repeat the las command used by a simple right click, or enter, or any other simple key.
I use many times the same command, for example, I copy an element 20 times in my draw. At each time, I have to select the tool ou type "mv" in the command line.
If it was possible to repeat this ast command I used simply by pressing entre-key, for example, it will be more efficient to work with.
