I am working in Window 7 with Qcad 3.8.1 How can I draw in Millimeters, what settings do I need in Drawing Preferences as I have tried this and it doesn't seem to work? I wish it was like Feet and inches as that works perfect?

The settings in "Drawing Preferences" have to be obviously in mm.
Please explain a little bit more specific what problems you are challenging.
