When a new drawing opens, it is set to inches.
It needs to be in feet.
In Edit, Drawing preferences and application preferences are set to 'foot'.
What needs set in order for a drawing to open in feet instead of inches?

- Edit > Application Preferences > Defaults for New Drawings > Drawing Unit sets the drawing unit for newly created drawing files (File > New).
It does NOT change the drawing unit of files loaded with File > Open or newly created from templates (File > New from Template).
