How do i set "info plygonal area" to show mesurements in square meters

Hi olleb61 - welcome to the forum,
Be aware - just to change this setting in an existing drawing will not automatically change the scale of your drawing - you have to do that manually.

You could also select the text and use the property editor to change it to read something different, for example if your text reads 400 (and you are working in cm) you could change it to read 4M by using the property editor

For the best support please state your operating system, QCAD version and add any supporting DXF/DWG files, screenshots etc...
