How can I track down that those "Entities" are and delete them?

Hi,
The exception messages report the entity handle.
You can then select by handle: menu Misc .. Select .. By Handle (TC)
Probably a QCAD Pro feature.
These entities may live in other blocks than Model_Space => Not found
A matter of iterating trough blocks.
Some may not even show with reference markers.
Once selected you should be able to ... Zoom to selected (to investigate) ... Alter and even Delete.
But maybe this is not required at all.
When saving the file they are not save what is practically the same as deleting them.
Although it is usually interesting to see/know what is wrong with them and understanding from what they originated.
