tangent PC to an elipse

Its imposible to draw a tangent from a point in a perpendicular to the mayor radius of an elipse.
its posible to the minor radius

I did that en version 2.2.2.1 changing both radius, although drawing the elipse in the right way.

Try exploding the ellipse first to convert into Arcs then make sure you "pick" the external side of the ellipse to give a tangent to that side!
