ISO Projection 'Left', odd behaviour !

Post by Clive » Tue Oct 28, 2014 11:54 am

When projecting more than six shapes with arc to a 'Left' projection the arc on the chosen reference side doesn't project properly!

* Seems to be the case when projecting more than six

* Seems to be a problem with 'Left' projection only.

Adding more shapes increases the number of ill projected arcs!

Thanks for the report. This appears to be caused by relatively large coordinates which produce huge intermediate values in an internal algorithm.

A quickfix is available from:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qcad/ ... orithms.js

This file replaces <QCAD installation directory>/scripts/ShapeAlgorithms.js

Thanks Andrew for the quick fix, however I don't seem to be able to copy and paste to replace exsisting script

Do you mean in the browser? That's odd.
Maybe something like File > Save page as would work?

You can also try it from this page:
https://github.com/qcad/qcad/blob/maste ... orithms.js

Right-click on the 'Raw' button and choose Save as, Save link as, Download liked files as or something similar, depending on your browser.
