divide tool

I installed 3.7.7 and I'm faced with a stubborn divide tool when I want to use it to break a circle, it just won't work as before. has anybody noticed such a problem? (Win7-64)

Thanks for issuing the fix Andrew.

Can you direct me to a link that will run me through how to perform this .js edit on the installed 3.7.7? I did one a while ago but the memory has gone!
