Change default document settings

Can I change the default settings of blank new documents? (Also those that are generated by script.)

I draw mostly things that are more than a meter tall and the dimension labels and arrows are way too small and I have to adjust them each time.

I would imagine a drawing somewhere, that has the initial settings, but I did not find it in the application folder.

No. The only default setting you can change for new drawings is the default drawing unit.

You may want to create your own template (a normal drawing with your set of layers and individual settings) and then open that drawing instead of creating a new drawing.
