Raster to .dxf. This is posible?

Hoy to convert raster images (from exsample Inskape format or Adobe Ilustrator or ade) in .dxf for working in Qcad with lines? About buton "Insert image" I know, a want no this, I want work witsh rastered lines, converted in .dxf (Qcad format).

Or I want convert image in jpg or ade after scaning in .dxf to work in Qcad with lines from image. I want freeware program, I know only shareware.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/autotrace/ It's old yeads ago (2002).
I don't know about .dxf in this program in this moment, I posible testing after.
