How do I get the correct text size when printing 5:1 scale

I'm trying to print a drawing (a 1:1 scale drawing) in scale 5:1 but this also makes the text dimensions scale by 5 and this looks just awful.
If I make a drawing in 1:1 scale with 2.5 mm text size and wants to print it in 5:1 then the text should stay unscaled. Does anybody now how to accomplish this
