Converting Polyline To Polygons

Hi I am at present using QCAD to make a MASK for semicondoctor fabrication Process, is there som way in QCAD to make rectangles which are basically polyline into a polygon, or something which can convert DXF into a CIF of GDS file, I am using Qcad Professional
