Can I Create an Area with Enlarged Scale

I would like to have a detail area where the scale is larger so the detail is easier to see. This would be a small selected area of main drawing where I would make the part visually larger. I don't this is possible. It's just one scale factor for the whole drawing. Right?

Here's a possible solution:

Select all entities you wish to enlarge,
"copy with reference"
"paste" where you want
select copied section and use "modify, scale"
that should produce the result you want.
