Front problem with help manual

When I open the manual F1 the fonts are unreadable. Did a google search and forum search was unable find any help.

Most likely a broken Qt configuration you should be able to fix with the utility "qtconfig" (enter qtconfig on a terminal and press enter).

I am using qt4
qtconfig screen shot. When I run qtconfig it will not save the font change. not sure that's it though, since qcad fonts are fine only the help manual has the font problem, also I don't have the font problem on any other qt apps that I know of.
Here is screen shot of qcad and the fonts are fine in the app it's self.
I have been using the html manual and that works, just would be nice to hit F1 and get help that way. Maybe a qt4-qt3 support problem???
