Isometric dimension problem

Hi,

After using the isometric function all the entities become smaller.
eg:a rectangle 80 x 40 becomes 65.3197 x 32.6599 when projected to front. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way around it?

Thanks,
Stew.

Yes, this is the normal result of the isometric projection.

You might want to scale the projected entities up by factor
1/(sqrt(2/3))
or
sqrt(6)/2
or
approximately 1.22474487139

Thanks Andrew,

That works great.

My employer bought a QCad licence for each of us. I've really been enjoying using it, and have been using it for some of my own projects too. I hadn't really done any drafting since high school in 1991 (we only had 2 computers for 30 student back then) and have found QCad really easy to use.
