Seems like the raster image gets printed for letter or legal size only.

Encountered same problem trying to convert from dxf to pdf. Has this been resolved?

System: 32-bit
OS: Ubuntu 8.04
RAM: 500MB

Drawing type: Architectural (sheet size Arch C - 18" x 24")

Paper size selected in Current Drawing Preferences:
(a) Custom (457.2 mm x 609.6 mm) - PDF blank
(b) Custom (18 x 24 ) - PDF blank
(c) B2 (from the list) - PDF perfect

So I will print on B2 size sheet and trim it to 18" x 24".

However, why does B2 (19.7" x 27.8"), a larger size than Arch C, output correct PDF, whereas, for the smaller sheet (Arch C) there is a blank output?

Seems like blank PDF may have nothing to do with large sheet size or small RAM, but with the paper format (whether it is in the supported list). This is based on my limited experience with printing-to-PDF issue.

Thanks.

PDF export with IM (image inserted) doesn't export image.

I'm having problems with PDF export too. I'm running PRO in LINUX. The good news is that it has worked. Right now it seems to print everything except an image I imported and placed on the bottom (sent to back - MB).

At first I thought it was because the image was bigger than the white print area in print preview - but I scaled that to be bigger than my image now and it still doesn't work. Funny, another drawing did successfully print an imported image with drawing layers above it.

What gives?

PDF export with IM (image inserted) doesn't export image.

A little update - I've had a little more time to play...

I can make the inserted ,jpg image appear and disappear in the .pdf export by changing the print preview scale factor from 0.0009 to 0.0010.

:(
