Start the line tool.
Set the start point of the line.
Now start for example the circle tool and draw a circle (interrupting the workflow of the line tool).
The relative zero point is now at a position defined by the circle tool.
Terminate the circle tool (right-click) to return to the line tool.
Starting with QCAD 3.6.1, the relative zero point is now moved back to where it last was while using the line tool.
