Scaling / Stretching

Post by linsmayer » Thu May 15, 2008 10:45 am

Hello,

how do I scale in only one direction (e.g. X axis)? Is that possible?

Thank you,
Manuel

To scale objects asymetrically, perform the following steps

1. Select the object(s) to be scaled
2. Modify --> Scale sz
3. Specify reference point
4. Scale Options
:
Factor x: [ x-scaling-factor ]
Factor y: [ y-scaling-factor ]
[ ] Keep proportions

Note: You can't scale circles or ellipses asymetrically

In the scale option window I can see just one single (f) factor!

It seems that only the Professional Version allows scaling of x and y axes. Sorry...
