Post by wim » Mon Jan 05, 2009 9:27 pm

When i try to open a .dxf file in my home map, qcad starts up, but won't open the file. errormesage : not enough rights. But when i set the rights to read and write for me, group and other users, same problem. How to fix this bug ?

This is because the file name (or a directory within the path) has a space in it. I just updated today and discovered this error. As a temporary work around you can open the files through Qcad instead of through the file browser. I would still like to see this error fixed however. Bump.

Thanks,

Morgen

I solved this problem with qcad files by installing KDE 4.1, now i can open my qcad files directly !
