2 questions about the use of blocks

I have 2 questions about the use of blocks:

1 - Is there a way to edit a block in the same plane? (not to be opened in a new window)

2 - Is there a way to change the color of a block? (although the lines are colored "by layer")

No

No. You would have to set the color of the block entities to "ByBlock" for this.
