Cannot edit text size in dimensions

Just purchased Professional 2.2.2.0 and cannot seem to edit text in dimensions.

Found this answer on the Forum but my editor does not seem to have this selection. Any help welcome thanks.

Note that editing the dimension text size is different from editing the dimension text itself.

Dimension text size:
- Edit - Drawing Preferences - Dimensions

Dimension text:
- View - Toolbars - Property Editor (shows the property editor as a widget at the right)
- Select dimension entity(ies)
- Use property editor to change the label property (use "<>" for the measured length of the dimension entity)
