Hello

I am new to this site having just installed QCAD and although I have looked at this software before I have not tried it for a serious project.

I have carried out a fresh install of Ubunto 7.04 AMD 64 version and in doing so I installed a new copy of QCAD.

The software appears to run fine except for one slight problem in that it cannot see my printer. I have a Hewlitt Packard HP6940 printer and the drivers have been loaded in for it OK and I can print using Open Office for example, but as I have said QCAD cannot see the printer.

The version of the community edition of QCAD I have installed is 2.0.5.0.

Does anyone have a fix for this problem.
