Printing

How do I draw a rectangle the is 3.625 inches by 5.0625 inches that
will print full size on A4/letter paper with the dimension lines that show
the length and width in inches?

I am using the Mac os 10.6.1.

Drawing a rectangle:
- Draw - Line - Rectangle

Drawing it to a fixed size:
- Position first corner, e.g. with mouse on grid point
- Position second corner using relative coordinate snap or enter relative coordinate in command line: @3.625,5.0625
