Sharing CAD files

Hi, I'm looking for information on how to share CAD files via PDF - is it possible to save them into a PDF so that end users (archtitects) can then copy and paste them to use themselves? The files would need to be there in their entirety and not just flat images. Hope you can help!

PDF is a presentation format. This means that it is not suitable or meant for exchanging the data itself but only a particular presentation of the data.
