Changng text in an existing document

I tried to change the text in an existing document (two lines)

and got this:

Uncaught exception at C:/Program Files (x86)/QCAD Professional 2.2\scripts/Draw/Text/TextDialog/TextDialog.js:170: ReferenceError: Can't find variable: simpleText
170 simpleText.checked = textDataIn.isSimple();
