fine and replace text

Hi,
I have many text object that every time I hade to change the contenet
like "company A" to "company B"

Is very time consuming change them 1 by 1 , any script or command I can use ??

I've added a feature request for a search / replace for text entities at:

Maybe put the 'variable' text into a block?
That way you just change the content of the block, and hey presto...
