How to create a new folder in the library

I made a little 'How To' tutorial recently for some work colleagues and I thought it would also be relevant for updating my post here viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1794 in this topic. Because now in QCAD 3 RC5 the process seems to work a lot smoother and easier!
