Currently there is no option in the printing preferences to plot/print a 'Plot Stamp' - to print the file-name, date, time etc...
You would need to use the Text tool (TE) to manually add text to your drawings, either anywhere in the drawing or you could use a title block/template including provision for such details.
A feature request has been added for this: http://www.ribbonsoft.com/bugtracker/in ... ask_id=687
